Additional Work / Notes

ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Winter Storage - September 1 to May 31.
  • I hereby authorize the work described on page 1 to be done along with the necessary materials, and hereby grant my permission to operate the boat, motor(s) and trailer (on water and/or over the road) as necessary for the purpose of said work (including testing and/or inspection).
  • I agree that Mark's Leisure Time Marine shall have a lien on my boat, motor, and trailer to secure the amount of repairs and/or storage charges and fees which shall remain in force and effect until payment in full is made of all charges. This lien gives Mark's Leisure Time Marine the right to possession of my property until payment in full.
  • I agree that Mark's Leisure Time Marine is not responsible for any loss or damage to said boat, motor(s), trailer, and contents resulting from vandalism, theft, fire, wind, rain, ice, part failure, collision, act of God or any cause beyond their control, which does include damage from animals. I understand it is my responsibility to maintain a valid marine insurance policy including liability coverage on all unit(s) stored with Mark's Leisure Time Marine.
  • A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances not paid within 30 days of invoice date.
  • I agree to be personally responsible for all attorney fees incurred by Mark's Leisure Time Marine to collect any outstanding balances due.
  • Mark's Leisure Time Marine cannot be held accountable for freezing damage caused to boat, motor(s) and/or trailer made available for pick-up or dropped off after the first "freeze." The first freeze is in accordance to the National Weather Service under 32°F.
  • Winterization of fresh water accessories is mandatory for all boats stored by Mark's Leisure Time Marine.
  • Due to insurance regulations no independent contractors, service organizations or outside individuals will be allowed to perform work or enter the facility without first obtaining permission. Additionally, all contractors, organizations or individuals will be required to provide Mark's Leisure Time Marine with a certificate of insurance coverage. Said certificate shall include coverage for liability, worker's compensation and name Mark's Leisure Time Marine as additional insured.
  • No customer supplied parts. Unless requested in advance, all parts replaced on boat, motor(s) and trailer will be disposed of upon completion of work.
  • All boats not scheduled for launch by May 31 will be charged for summer storage.
  • Summer Trailer Storage - May 1 to September 1. - $150. Trailers not being stored by Mark's must be picked up the same day of boat pick up or the trailer will go into storage.
  • Boat pick up - boats here after 10 days from notice of completion will be charged a storage fee of $20 per day.
  • All boats stored with Mark's Leisure Time Marine not paid within 15 days of drop off will forfeit free summarization.
  • Spring schedule is subject to change. Mark's Leisure Time Marine is not responsible for loss or theft of any personal belongings.
  • Mark's Leisure Time Marine is not responsible for any animal, mold or mildew damages.
  • All trailers must be roadworthy with valid NYS Inspection.
